Zımpara kağıdı kullanarak scrapbooking kağıdınızı susleyebilirsin.
İlk önce istediğiniz kağıdı Cuttlebug emboss kalıplarla emboss et. Sonra zımpara kağıdı ile veya zımpara blok ile emboss edilmiş parçaların üzerinden geçirin.
(Değişik kağıtlar değişik sonuç edilir. Bazı kağıtların içi beyaz olur. Deneyerek istediğiniz sonuçlar elde edilir.)
Burada kağıdım farklı bir marka olduğundan dolayı farklı bir sonuç oldu.
Ayrıca fotoğraflarınızın kenarlarından zımpara kağıdı ile geçirebilirsin. Fotoğraflarınız yanyana olunca bunu faydalı olabilir. O zaman bir fotoğraf nerede bitiğini ve nerede başladığını daha ortaya çıkar.

One of the easiest techniques to use on your cards and scrapbook pages is sanding. You can use a fine grade sandpaper or a sand block which is sold at scrapbook stores for this purpose. Different paper will result in different results. But first… to get an unusual look try embossing your paper with an embossing folder and dye cut machine. After your project is embossed, gently sand over the raised portion of your paper. Some paper has a white core which will give you the look on my first card here where my ‘dots’ have turned into snow. Other papers have a core that matches the face of the paper . My second card is an example of the more subtle look that this kind of paper achieves. There also is a third kind of paper called ‘Coordinations’ that has a totally different core color. This would make a really fun project with this technique.
Another way to use sandpaper is on the edges of your photos. When you are layering photos on your scrapbook pages they can start to meld into each other and the viewer can get confused as to where one photo stops and the other one begins. When you gently sand the photos edges it gives the photo definition and for the viewer there is no confusion as to what image belongs to what photo.
