2012 Bir Kelime* 2012 One Little Word

Merhaba Arkadaşlar,

Bu son aylarda hayatımda bir çok şey değişti. İlk önce anneanne oldum. Yukardaki fotoğraf ailemin dört nesil gösteriyor, annem , ben, kızım ve torunum. Çok uzak yerlerde oturduğumuz için böyle beraber bir foto çekebilmek çok özel oldu.  Aynı zaman eşim ve ben Amerikada bir ev satın aldık. Burada biraz daha fazla zaman kalacağız ve Türkiyede biraz daha az. Merak etme ….Türkiye’i terk etmiyorum!

Geçen sene blogumda bir çok şeyler sizinle paylaştım. Adım adım nasıl teknikler yapıldığını göstermeye çalıştım. Ummarım size faydalı oldu. Bu son aylarda çok az sizinle paylaştım. Ama daha az paylaştığıma ramen daha fazla kişi bakmayı başladı. Nedendir bile bilmiyorum, ama bunu görünce sevindim. Şuanda evimle ilgilenmem lazım, ve ne kadar post edebileceğimi bilmiyorum. Hayatım rayına oturunca tekrar paylaşmak isterim.

Bu sene 2012 Big Picture Classes’de ‘One Little Word’ (Küçük Bir Kelime) ders’e yazıldım. Bu ders bütün sene sürer. Bu sene için bir kelime seçilir ve o kelime üzerine derin düşünmek için dersler bize yardım edecek. Tabii bununla beraber bir Scrapbooking Album yapacağız. Bu sene kendime ‘Adımlar’ kelimesi seçtim. Haytımda o kadar çok yapacak şeyler var ki! Adım adım düşünmezsem tamamen pes edebilirim! Tabii yaptıklarımı sizinle paylaşmak isterim.

Her zamanki gibi Türkçemde büyük eksikler var olduğunu hissediyorum. Çeşke daha iyi sizinle paylaşabilsem! Her zamanki gibi sizlerde yorumlar okuyunca büyük mutluluk duyarım ve bloguma yazmayı devam etmek için ilham alırım.

Dear Friends,

Over the last few months my life has been filled with changes. Many of you know that I became a grandmother last August. Then early last Fall my husband and I decided that it was an opportune time to consider buying a house in the States. We were able to accomplish that and now will be spending a bit more of our time on this side of the ocean and a bit less in Turkey. But don’t worry….we haven’t left permanently!!

This past November we were able to visit my mother and get a 4 generation picture which is so precious to me. Living great distances apart has not always allowed us to be together when we wanted. I love the picture above of my Mom looking at me holding my grandchild and her great grandchild. It was a very special visit.
Last year it was with great joy that I was able to share my love of scrapbooking with you via my blog. I have been so busy these last few months that not only have I been unable to share with you, I have also been unable to create much either! Moving forward I hope to have more to share as the months progress. As always I feel a great lack in my Turkish and am thankful for your understanding with my many mistakes! I hope my pictures communicate where I feel the lack in language!

Even with all that is going on in my life I have felt the need to join another course over at Big Picture Classes. This course is a year long course called ‘One Little Word’  Each participant picks a word that they want to concentrate on for all of 2012. My word is ‘STEPS’ . I have so much going on in my life I could get overwhelmed by it all and just give up! So my word is going to help me just take each task one at a time. Of course the class also has an Album which I will try to share with you as the months progress.
